What couriers do you rely on for international shipments?
International shipments are made by DHL couriers.
Designers Distribution guarantees fast and secure deliveries in more than 170 countries worldwide.
What additional documentation do you provide for extra-UE shipments?
For extra EU shipments we provide Invoice with Intra, Composition, MadeIn and Free Export Document codes.
Is it possible to schedule a customized day and hour for deliveries?

How can I ensure my shipment?
Shipments are always ensured.
Where are orders placed on Designers Distribution shipped from?
All products purchased on www.designersdistribution.com are shipped from our warehouses' stock in Italy.
To which countries do you ship and how much are the shipment costs?
We ship worldwide. The cost of shipping depends on the weight and volume of the package and the country of destination.
What happens if the recipient is absent at the time of delivery?
You will have to contact the local office of the courier in charge of your shipment.
How can I track the shipment of my orderd?
For shipments made with DHL courier it is possible to obtain the tracking code by accessing the “My Orders” section. Under Tracking you will find the link on which to click to follow the shipment of your order.
Can I retrieve the products through my own courier?
The shipment will only be handled by us with DHL courier.
What are normally the delivery times for the shipments?
Order delivery times depend on the shipping country. With express couriers, we deliver within 48 hours from the shipment, for couriers other than express couriers deliveries can take from 2 to 7 working days.
How do I place an order with Designers Distributions?
To place an order on Designers Distribution you have to select the product you want to buy, choose the quantity you want per size with the + and – symbols (or by writing in the box the quantity you want), and then click on “Add to cart”.
To finalize the order and proceed with payment click on “Go to Cart” or the cart icon in the menu at the top right. Here you will see the summary of your order where you can still make changes, delete or add products, and choose the country and the type of shipping you prefer.
By clicking on “Confirm Order”, you will be asked to fill in the shipping and billing information and choose the payment method. Once you have made the payment, you will receive an email confirmation of the order status that you can also view in the “My Orders” section of your profile.
How long does it take to prepare an order for shipment?
The order is prepared for shipment within 2 working days after confirmation of receipt of payment.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change the shipping address by accessing your Profile from the menu at the top right or during the payment process of an order you can specify the desired shipping address.
